Eustacia Brossart

Eustacia has translated her background in cinema production and art direction into a passion for dynamic landscapes. Her investigations into the infrastructural possibilities of landscape, interwoven with design, ecology, and community, led her to the Patri Fellowship in Urban Design, and then to India and Southeast Asia to study landscapes of waste re-sourcing. She continually seeks the potential within landscapes to transform societies and systems across scales. Eustacia received a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lisa Daye

Lisa Daye has five years of professional work experience including two years at Bet Figueras – Arquitecta paisajista, in Barcelona, Spain, gaining extensive knowledge from a landscape architect with a subtle sensitivity for open space.  With her understanding of innovative design solutions Lisa now works on implementing the design vision into a reality.  At PWP her collaboration with both designers and construction consultants allows her to work in all phases of development from schematic design to construction documentation. Lisa received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Lauren Hackney

Lauren joined PWP as a landscape designer in 2011 after participating in the PWP Summer Internship Program in 2010. As a student she was recognized nationally for her leadership as an advocate for sustainable environments. A two-time University Olmsted Scholar and a National Olmsted Scholar Finalist, Lauren received awards for excellence in design, academics, and public service. Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with High Honors, a Master of Landscape Architecture, and a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia.

Jim Hellinger

Jim has over 17 years of experience in the field of Landscape Architecture. He has the ability to provide clients with innovative means and methods that result in the highest design quality, cost effective solutions and implementation. He has assumed every role within the profession, completing a wide range of projects including retail, commercial, historic preservation, public works, luxury resorts, institutional, and private estates. His extensive knowledge lies in the areas of horticulture, field work and detailed construction, upon which he has worked on a number of LEED accredited projects including the first green roof built in southern California. Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the California Polytechnic State University.

Heath House

Heath comes to PWP Landscape Architecture with years of experience in the movement art and health industries transitioning into landscape architecture for his desire to create landscapes that evoke health and consciousness. As a student he was recognized for his leadership and excellence in academics as a two-time University Scholar, and was recognized by the Texas ASLA with an Award of Excellence for his work on the Talley Ranch: A New Urban Development project. Heath focuses on environmentally oriented design, particularly green roofs, which served as a foundation for his graduate thesis. Heath received his Masters of Landscape Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Science in fashion merchandising and design from Florida State University.

Laurel Hunter

Laurel Hunter is a landscape designer with 9 years experience in the field of landscape architecture and planning.  She has worked on many complex projects, including the World Trade Center, and has a strong background in sustainable design and planting. Laurel has experience with a broad range project types and scales, including the design of corporate headquarters, campus master plans, civic spaces, streetscapes, hotels and resorts, and garden design. Laurel received her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University.

Collin Jones

Collin is a registered landscape architect and LEED-accredited professional with 15 years of experience in landscape and architectural design. His past experience encompasses a wide range of projects including corporate campuses, international resorts, urban streetscapes, and residential estates. He has served as an instructor in Landscape Architecture and Garden Design with the University of California, Berkeley Extension. Collin’s intense interest in plants stems from his three years of working in a nursery; he is a Certified California Nursery Professional. Collin received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona.

Terence Lee

Terence is an experienced landscape design professional with over fifteen years of experience in managing and leading the design of major healthcare masterplans, various corporate, mixed-use and residential projects throughout the US and abroad.  Terence enjoys developing a close working relationship with clients and architects in order to deliver successful projects that meet the client’s goals as well as design excellence.  While creating seamless and integrated environments, Terence also enjoys working with multi-disciplined teams to develop creative sustainability design strategies that exceed project expectations. Terence received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture, University of Toronto.

Su-Jung Park

With an extensive international academic background, Su-Jung has over 10 years of professional experience as a landscape designer in the US and as a registered landscape architect in Korea. She has participated in a wide range of projects from design competitions and schematic design to construction documents. Her project experience, based on diverse design and technical skills, includes civic, university & corporate campuses, international resorts, housing, and sports facilities. She received a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania School of Design; a Certification of Urban Environmental Design from Chiba University Graduate School; and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Kyung-Hee University Graduate School.

Nathan O. Pepple

Nathan Pepple, a licensed landscape architect with over 10 years of professional experience, brings a diverse skill set from the drawing desk to field construction and administration.  With a keen interest in the detailing and execution of built landscapes, he has technical experience with construction documents, construction administration, and coordination with engineers, architects, and design professionals.  He has proven experience in the private and public sectors including universities, mixed-use masterplans, high-end residences, healthcare facilities, hospitals, national parks, and community recreational sites.  Nathan received a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University.

Sandra Reed

Sandra Reed is a registered landscape architect with over twenty years of experience. Her objective is to create outdoor spaces that are memorable as and expressive of place and the people who inhabit them, incorporating art into everyday landscapes in addition to employing sustainable design principles. She worked with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), a leader in ecological systems mapping, to develop models for new towns in Japan that promote wellness for both the residents and the environment. Sandra has used these concepts as guiding principles in her wide scope of commercial and residential projects. Sandra received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.

Will Smith

As a designer at PWP Landscape Architecture, Will works on a variety of projects ranging in scale, scope and location.  His work focuses on developing a strong framework for design while layering environmental and social consideration to further strengthen the project. From his years of work on design-build projects, Will’s knowledge of building and maintaining landscapes inform and enrich his design sensibilities. Will received his Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies from Lewis and Clark College, and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mi Yang

Trained architecture and landscape architecture, Mi is interested in an integrated multidisciplinary approach towards design, which is enhanced by her broad scope of project experience in different phases. Her work has been included in various publications and recognized academically and professionally, including awards from ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architecture), IFLA (The International Federation of Landscape Architects) and BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries). At the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, and awarded the Jacob Weidenmann Prize as the Department of Landscape Architecture’s highest award for design. She received her Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Tsinghua University; a Master of Landscape Architecture, with distinction, from The Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. 

Sarita Govani

Combining landscape architecture, planning and fine arts, Sarita has three years of experience as a designer on a wide scope of public and private projects, and eight years of experience in urban planning in housing and neighborhood development. She is focused on innovative designs - those that resolve multiple concerns, and are culturally sensitive and economically sustainable. She brings her insight to new initiatives and business development at PWP. Sarita holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with a major in Architecture, and a Master of Landscape Architecture both from Rhode Island School of Design. 

Chris Walker

With two decades of experience in owning an animation studio, Chris specializes in pre-visualization at PWP, supporting visual development of all phases of projects and competitions. He originally came to PWP to assist with workflow efficiency, focusing on image and project catalog management. In order to continue keeping the studio up-to-date, he is developing an in-house media center, where all staff can come to view and develop renderings and animations, as well as learn tools and processes in 3-D modeling and image & data management.

April Deerr

April is a member of the administrative staff with more than a decade of experience at the firm, working in a variety of administrative roles. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and human resources. April received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley. 

Annette Flores

For eight years Annette has been working behind the scenes as the network systems administrator. She manages the network infrastructure and multiple IT projects while providing desktop support for the designers and staff at PWP. Before coming to PWP, Annette developed and supported mid-size networks and various technologies for a large client base, which prepared her for the multiple roles she fills at PWP. Annette received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Jane Gillette

Jane keeps an archive of National 9/11 Memorial items and edits whatever comes across her desk. She received a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Vassar College and a doctorate in English Literature from Yale University. She writes short stories and teaches a graduate class in the Theory of Landscape Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley.

Nicole Miner

Nicole facilitates interactions between guests and members of staff and handles communications with vendors. She maintains the general upkeep for daily office functionality and assists with the organization and execution of office events. She acquired her Bachelor of Arts in Literature, Journalism, and Writing from Lyndon State College in Vermont.
