Hannah Chako

Hannah is landscape designer with a background in urban planning, community engagement and ecological design.

She approaches landscape architecture as a process of initiating positive feedback between people and environments, allowing each to transform the other to magnify mutual benefit and deepen connections. Prior to joining PWP, she worked on several large campus landscapes in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hannah has a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia.
